Lime pie

1. 1 Crush 1 package of Tostines cookies in the blender. Mix with 1 package of butter (minus a finger's width).
2. 2 Knead well, line a springform pan (bottom and sides) and bake lightly.

Filling

1. 3 Beat very well and pour over the crust.

Topping

1. 4 Beat 3 egg whites until stiff with 5 tablespoons of sugar and spread over the filling.
2. 5 Grate a little lime zest and sprinkle over the top.
3. 6 Bake until golden.
