Carrot cake

1. 1 Blend the oil, eggs and carrot in the blender until very creamy.
2. 2 In a bowl, put the other ingredients. Add the carrot cream and mix everything.
3. 3 Grease a pan with butter and dust with flour.
4. 4 Spread the batter in the pan and place in a medium oven (preheat the oven on high beforehand, and reduce it when you put the cake in).

Chocolate frosting

1. 5 Bring to a light boil.
2. 6 Pour it over the cake while hot, and let it cool afterward.
