Pudim sorvete (frozen pudding)

First layer

1. 1 Bake to make a custard. Pour into a caramelized pan and let cool.

Second layer

1. 2 Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat (it will be runny). Pour over the custard that is already cold.

Third layer

1. 3 Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with 1 tablespoon of sugar per egg white and 2 cans of heavy cream.
2. 4 Spread over the cold custard. Put into the oven.

1. 5 Put in the freezer.
2. 6 Serve the next day.
