Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Let cool.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar. Add the chocolate, now cold.

Beat the egg whites until stiff (do not add sugar to the whites).

Mix everything and add the beverage.

Refrigerate. When it's almost firm, add the sprinkles.
