Mash the bananas and the cheese. Mix until it becomes a homogeneous dough. Add the beaten eggs and transfer to a skillet with heated butter.

Shape the mixture into a "cake", letting it brown and dry out, stirring and mashing constantly with a fork so it binds well.

Take a dish or tray lined with sugar and, if you like, a little cinnamon. Place the "cake" on the dish and cover it with sugar.

The sugar covering the cake should be caramelized with a red-hot iron, or the "cake" should go into a very hot oven to caramelize the sugar. Serve hot immediately.
