Combine all the ingredients except the linguiça and the bacon. Mix well. Put half of the mixture into a pan.

Arrange two rows of linguiça over the meat. Cover with the remaining meat, pressing down firmly.

On top, lay the slices of bacon. Bake in a preheated oven.
