Grind the cookies and mix with the butter until the dough comes together.

Line the baking dish or Pyrex with this dough.

Make a syrup with 3 tablespoons of sugar and the chopped apples.

Place the syrup with the apples on top of the dough.

Make a cream with the sweetened condensed milk and 2 yolks. Place it on top of the apples.

Beat 2 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix with the creme de leite (table cream), whey drained off.

Cover the pie and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
