Sweetened condensed milk pudding

Caramel syrup

1. 1 In a ring pan, add 1 cup of sugar and ½ cup of water and microwave for 10 minutes on high (power 10).
2. 2 Then continue heating in 1-minute increments until a caramel forms. Spread it all over the pan. Set aside.

1. 3 Blend all the ingredients in the blender and pour into the caramelized ring pan.
2. 4 Microwave for 8 to 12 minutes on high (power 10). Unmold while still warm.
