Make the cream and arrange the cookies on top.

Line a Pyrex dish with the cream and arrange the cookies on top. Make another layer of cream and top with mashed strawberries.

Repeat the layers as many times as will fit in the Pyrex dish.

To finish, spread the egg whites beaten to a meringue, with 2 tablespoons of sugar, mixed with the heavy cream (whey-free), on top.

Garnish with strawberries.
