In a Pyrex dish, crumble the cookies. Set aside.

In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, chocolate, and butter. Cook until it reaches brigadeiro consistency.

Spread over the cookies and put in the freezer to firm up.

Once firm, spread the heavy cream on top and sprinkle with sprinkles. Refrigerate.
