Season the filets with salt and pepper.

Grill them on a nonstick griddle or in a skillet, to the desired doneness. Set aside.

In another pot, put the cheese, the milk and the heavy cream, and bring to a boil over low heat so it doesn't stick to the bottom, stirring well.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir.

Add the grilled filets, cover them with the sauce and let it boil a little.

Serve them side by side, with a little sauce spooned over the top.
