Season the pork tenderloin. Rub it with butter and spread a little butter on the baking sheet. Pour in a bottle of beer.

When the tenderloin is almost cooked, take it out of the oven and cut it into slices without separating them completely.

In each slice, place 1 slice of mozzarella and another slice of ham.
