Sift the baking powder and 1 1/2 cups of flour.

Mix in the remaining flour. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.

Pan-grill the chicken in a skillet with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.

In another skillet, make a sauce: melt the butter, add the onion and let it brown. Add the yogurt and then the requeijão.

Stir until the sauce thickens.

Spread over the chicken.
