Season the chicken. Cut it up.

In a pot, add the oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar (to brown). Cook until golden without falling apart.

Once cooked, add the peeled tomatoes, onion, cheiro verde, 1 bay leaf and a little water.

Let the sauce thicken. Add 1/2 glass of orange juice, 1 can of cream (whey drained) and, finally, 1 can of corn.

If the sauce is not red enough, add 1 dessert spoon of ketchup or tomato paste.
