Cook the breast in a sauce made of onion, tomato, cheiro verde, bay leaf and salt. When the sauce has reduced, remove the chicken and shred it.

Set aside.

On the side, fry the potatoes cut into sticks.

Add the shredded chicken to the sauce where it was cooked, then add the olives and the fried potatoes. Mix.

Put the chicken with the potatoes in a baking dish, garnish with hard-boiled egg and parmesan, and bake until golden on top.
