The day before, season a baking dish with black pepper, salt and 1 glass of milk.

Blend 1 package of cream crackers in the blender.

Mix 1 package of grated cheese into the blended biscuits, then dredge the chicken pieces in this mixture. Arrange them in the baking dish.
