Chicken with catupiry

1. 1 Season the chicken and cut it into pieces.
2. 2 Sauté with onion, tomato, bay leaf and a little black pepper. Put these ingredients on to cook.
3. 3 After cooking, let it cool, shred the chicken and separate it from the sauce.
4. 4 When it is ready, add the shredded chicken.
5. 5 Line a baking dish with catupiry.
6. 6 Pour the cream over it and top with grated cheese.

On the side

1. 7 Mix the milk and the wheat flour.
2. 8 Pour into the sauce and heat to thicken.
