Put these 3 ingredients in the blender. Blend well until everything is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 2 glasses of wheat flour, 2 glasses of sugar and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Beat with a wooden spoon until bubbles form.

Grease a pan with butter, dust with a little wheat flour and put it in the oven.

After baking, while still warm, unmold onto a plate and pour 1 glass of orange juice (approx. 2 oranges) over the cake.

Sprinkle with sugar.
