Dissolve the yeast in the warm water with the sugar and salt. Add the whole egg and the beaten egg yolk, melted butter, the olive oil and the warm milk.

Mix well, stirring constantly and then kneading, gradually adding flour until you get a dough with a good consistency but soft to the touch.

Knead well, place in a large pizza pan well greased with oil, and press the dough out with your hands.
