Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Brush the side to be filled with butter.

Stuff each fillet with 1 slice of prato cheese, 1 slice of ham, and 2 olives. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

Carefully coat each fillet in the remaining butter and then in the breadcrumbs. Coat well.

In a shallow microwave dish, arrange the rolls, cover with parchment paper, and microwave for 8 to 12 minutes, power level 7.
