Season 1/2 kilo of chicken breast with garlic, salt, vinegar and lime.

Sauté the chicken with butter, onion and tomato until it makes a thick sauce. Remove the cooked chicken pieces and shred them.

Strain the sauce, which should be slightly thick.

Grease a baking dish and spread the shredded chicken on it with some of the sauce.

Blend the corn with half of the water from the can in a blender and add a can of heavy cream. Top the chicken with mozzarella and ham, spread the corn cream over it, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake until golden.

Serve with rice and salad.
