Cut the chicken into pieces. Season with salt, lime, black pepper, onion and bay leaf.

Beat 2 or 3 whole eggs (depending on the amount of chicken).

Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then the breadcrumbs, and arrange them in an oil-greased baking dish.
